You’re a hands-on, practical person with technical insight. You enjoy delving into our machines and processes and actively seek opportunities to improve them.

When a malfunction occurs, you identify the cause and find an appropriate solution. You enjoy collaborating with your technical colleagues and maintain close contact with the production team.

What will you be doing?

As a repair and maintenance technician, you’ll work alongside your technical colleagues to ensure that our machinery remains reliable, safe, and in good working order.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Keeping our machinery running smoothly by performing timely maintenance;
• Ensuring our equipment remains safe;
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions;
• Recurring technical malfunctions are analyzed and prevented through preventive measures;
• External specialists are supervised during their work;
• Our machinery is carefully inspected and improved where possible;
• You, together with your technical colleagues, maintain good communication with the production team.

What are we looking for?

• A completed degree at the MBO-4 level or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience as a technician in a production environment;
• Technical insight and strong problem-solving skills;
• A practical and proactive work ethic;
• The motivation to delve into our technologies and implement improvements.
