Business Analyst

For our location in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, we are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst who wants to play a key role in the further professionalization and growth of our organization.

In this independent and challenging position, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes across our international organization. You will have significant freedom to identify, develop, and implement improvement initiatives. The role comes with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority, and you will report directly to the Board of Directors.

With your analytical mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and ability to connect people and processes, you will actively contribute to the continued development of our organization. You will work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands, France, and Germany and serve as a key link between business, operations, and IT.

De Kroes Tasty Bakeries is a leading international producer and supplier of delicious snack products, including cheese snacks, toast crackers, breakfast crackers, pâté products, and other specialties.

With production facilities in the Netherlands, France, and Germany and approximately 200 employees, we work every day on further growth. Our products are primarily sold under private labels through supermarkets across Western Europe and beyond. Thanks to our strong growth, we are continuously evolving and improving.

What will you do?

Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across various departments.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Initiate and lead process improvement and digitalization projects.
Act as the link between users, management, executive leadership, and external IT partners.
Collaborate with colleagues and management teams in the Netherlands, France, and Germany.
Advise the Board of Directors on process improvements, organizational development, and information management.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience with process analysis, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Affinity with IT, information systems, and digitalization, with the ability to translate business processes into practical system and process solutions.
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect stakeholders at different organizational levels.
A proactive and independent working style.
Good command of both Dutch and English.
