For our production site in Oosterhout we are looking for an experienced Team leader production. In this role you create oversight and stability within the dynamics of our production environment and ensure the efficient progress of all processes. You make sure that the production planning runs smoothly and targets are achieved.<\/p>\n

You are a leader who takes responsibility, spots opportunities and acts on initiatives with pace. You bring a clear vision and a people-centred approach, linking processes and people. You will be at the helm of our most important production location!<\/p>\n

De Kroes Tasty Bakeries is a leading international player in the production and sale of delicious products such as (cheese) crackers, toasts, breakfast crackers, pastry, and many other sweet and savory treats. We have four factories located in the Netherlands, France, and Germany, employing around 200 colleagues. Our products are mainly sold in supermarkets across Western Europe, but you can also find them beyond.<\/p>\n

At our bakery in Oosterhout, we produce the tastiest cheese biscuits, savory snacks, toasts, breakfast crackers, profitroles, and other delicious products from scratch every single day. With passion, ambition, and a strong sense of team spirit, we ensure that our products can be found in supermarkets across Western Europe, America, and beyond!<\/p>\n
